UI: Navigation burger menu on mobile not working.

Current behavior:
When the user tries to open the navigation menu from any the of sections in the home page like nuha.web.dev#statisitcs or nuha.web.dev#learn the menu wont show near the navigation. Instead it will open on the top of page.
This is caused due to the position absolute top 0.
Expected behavior:
I would suggest changing how the navigation behaves on the mobile and making it like the one we have for the community. link
