[Feature Request]: Ice section hierarchy deadlock solutions

Description
You can break the default order of Ice menu bar items by rearranging the icons, creating deadlock situations where always hidden hides e.g. the Ice icon. Maybe the hierarchy always hidden > temporarily hidden > ice item should be enforced if possible? Maybe an option to deactivate the always hidden section or to merge ice item with temporarily hidden item should be created? This is especially relevant as both section icons look almost the same.

This will be fixed once #26 is implemented. But as a stopgap measure, we could enforce the order of Ice's items without having full profiles. I'll experiment with it.
