Rename Path::setPath to Path::setPathstring

That makes more sense as a name, to avoid confusing the path object with the pathstring property.
Changes this will require changing it everywhere it's called. So I'm creating this issue.
While we're at it, we should also change the path property in the Path class to pathstring
