Are the art assets appropriate to be included in this public repository and forked?

I am interested in publicly forking this repository, but I'm concerned about going against the license of the art assets used in this repository.

I saw there's an acknowledgement of the artists (or at least some of the artists) in the README.md.

We encourage you to support the following three amazing artists who have designed the game assets for this project, especially if you are planning to use the assets included here for your own project:

Background art: PixyMoon (@PixyMoon)
Furniture/interior design: LimeZu (@lime_px)
Character design: ぴぽ (@pipohi)

Does this mean the files in environment/frontend_server/static_dirs/asstes are all covered by the repository's apache license?

I noticed that some of the assets are in a folder named "Cute RPG World 40 usd packet", and that folder contains a thank you and readme regarding purchasing the assets. I wonder if these assets aren't actually being used and should be removed from the repository?
