New Package for ST4126+

As this package does no longer work with ST4 and seems rather unmaintained, the decision was made to create a new one, which provides fully rewritten syntax definition for ST4126+ based on its HTML, Markdown and JSX syntaxes.
It is maintained at https://github.com/SublimeText/MDX
It is requested for registration at packagecontrol.io at wbond/package_control_channel#8747
The new package is forked from this repository, in order to maintain history and keep shipping current syntax for older SublimeText builds and to make transition for users of this package as seamless as possible.
By moving to SublimeText organization we want to express the syntax being supported by ST's core community.
Is that ok for the original author of that package?
