microsoft project cannt open mpx file

@aohanhongzhi thanks for opening the issue. The MPX file format can only be read by versions of Microsoft Project up to and including Microsoft Project 2010. If you are using a more recent version of Microsoft Project you won't be able to open MPX files. The best approach to getting data into Microsoft Project is to generate an MSPDI file, which is the XML format read and written by Microsoft Project.
