Update a few Screenshots of End Results.

As someone who is just learning about Tauri, and scanning through ecosystem implementations and tutorials, I just think it'll be nice to see a screenshot of the end Results of your project.
You can attach them on the README.MD File, or you can simply put them under a /screenshots folder.
This would be greatly appreciated and would help alot.
