Nested activity interaction with WCA Schedule

[Daniel V Egdal] Also wanted to note that we had some issues with the schedule tool. Once again thanks to Philippe and Callum for helping us deal with the issue. Apparently the new version of groupifier made some (seemingly invisible) changes to the schedule which caused us to not be able to properly edit it.

[Philippe Virouleau] It's actually the WCA website which can't handle the nested activities groupifier adds.
Basically what happens is that the "parent" activity (eg: 3x3 round 2) gets moved, but its child activities (eg: 3x3 round 2 group 1) do not, and it can lead to a state where the child activities are not included in the parent activity (which is an error).
So if some other Delegates encounter the same error message, it's probably because of the same issue.

Daniel wanted to amend the schedule during the competition to add a round of 3x3 with Feet that was only decided upon at the competition as they were far ahead in the schedule. There are some pictures and discussion available in Slack in #general. Thought you'd like this issue to be made aware of it!
