Frontend Navigation: Older/Newer or Numbered Pages

Implement the ability to have the paging on the blog's front end so that it can either user "<-- Older | Newer -->" or have the option to use numbered pages, ie: "First | 1 ... 3 4 5 ... 7 | Last"

Create a setting in the backend that allows switching between the two navigation methods.
