View Post button in editor doesn't link to the post on the front end.

  • Correctly point "View Post" button at the post on the frontend.
  • Hide the button if in create mode as the post has not been saved yet so cannot be viewed from the front end.

Can't find this bug now. Everything appears to be in order when tested and when the code was examined.
