Using Territories on front-end entry form

Hi John, Is there an easy way of using a Territories field in a front-end entry form and output the list of countries in the same order (including promoted countries) as they appear in in the CP?

Using the method in the Read Me just lists all of the territories, without moving the promoting countries to the top of the list.
