Wow! There's some time I found this. I don't recall the reason. I'm sorry!

Some days ago, I found that setting the priority parameters solves this issues when using page caching. Maybe this can fixed by this way, but I'm not sure.

Hah yeah, it was an old one for sure! I had no idea that all of these issues were open, so I've only now had a chance to run through them.
