This isn't a btfs problem at all, but I just spent about two hours wondering why btfs didn't look broken, and yet was not doing anything at all.
Well, I forgot aria2c doesn't support uTP.
So uh, just a heads up folks, aria2 doesn't support uTP and if you use --utp-only, don't be surprised if you see no communication. ;P
