LEMPer v1.3.0 installation failed

Failed to stop ntp.service: Unit ntp.service not loaded.
Error: Failure running 'service ntp stop', exiting.

LEMPer v1.3.0 uses ntp to sync local time. In most systems, the ntp is not installed by default, so should be added to the dependencies install.
