Remove Ubuntu 14.04 support as its LTS has been reached end-of-life on Apr. 2019

The basic support for Ubuntu 14.04 LTS has ended on 25. April 2019. This means that this version is not supported yet. It would be recommended to remove Ubuntu 14.04 support from LEMPer.
