Disable overflow for mobiles screens on home page

Actual Behaviour
Overflow is hidden on the home page so some of the buttons are invisible on mobile screen
Expected Behaviour
Disable overflow for mobiles screens and make it scrollable
Steps to reproduce it
visit https://jogendra.github.io/HealthLedger/ and open mobile view
