move recursion example from README to examples folder

Move the recursion example from the bottom of the README into the examples folder.

Copy the 'hello-world' project, change name in examples/recursion/README and project.json.
Update the new README in recursion folder. Follow layout of other examples.
Make sure example runs.
Add link to the example in main README.
