conf: no more able to connect to the server

Since beginning of September, it is no more able to connect to the https://hosted.mender.io server.
After analyzing the issue, the error is at the Client Hello level: server responds with an Alert "Close Notify".
The issue comes from the configuration of the project with limited number of cipher suites available. More need to be added to fix it.
