Merged + Local chapters not showing as downloaded

Steps to reproduce
Merge an online entry with a Local Source entry
Expected behavior
Chapters from Local Source should show as downloaded in the Merged entry
Actual behavior
Chapters from Local Source show up as not downloaded, breaking the Downloaded filter for both the chapter list and library. Invalidating Download Index had no effect.
