Add a new filter/Group to category.

I have seen this filter in Tachij2k, when we use this filter to filter out Types like I want to show only Manga in my library, or manhwa/manhua/webtoon, or Comics.
Other details
It's an easy task I think cause it will only need tags to filter out.
And I really need this please add it as quick as you can.
