Feature request - toast notification popups for Syncyomi integration

Describe your suggested feature
Pretty simple. Currently sync in progress/sync completed/sync error notices are standard Android notifications that land in the notification Center and need to be swiped away. I'd like an option for toast notifications - these pop up and disappear on-screen without going to the notification center and without needing an interaction to clear.
Other details
I've recently bought a second device for reading manga on so I've been looking at Syncyomi to keep things lined up. My second device is a Lenovo e-paper tablet, which is a bit unusual because it has no notification center. As such I don't get any feedback about library updates but I also don't know when my Syncyomi sync has failed. I noticed sync was broken this evening and after a bit of back and forth restarting my phone, restarting my Syncyomi container etc. I realized my tablet couldn't reach the server since my Tailscale VPN was disconnected. On my phone I'd get a clear "syncing library failed" message and instantly identify the problem but there's no such feedback on this new device. Turned on Tailscale and went back to Tachiyomi and just about instantly the chapters I read on there were marked as read on my phone.
I know this is an extremely narrow niche but I think this would have value for more normal users too since toast notifications don't need to cleared manually. With every sync trigger turned on it feels like I'm constantly swiping sync complete notifications away.

I have a little more feedback on this - just spent half an hour trying to work out a sync issue that looks like it was due to a version mismatch - I'd updated my phone to 557 but my tablet was still on 556 and even though my phone and my server logs said sync was OK my tablet just wasn't getting updates. Finally remembered I had to update my tablet and the sync completed right away. There's zero in-app feedback that something was wrong.
