Why I got blocked?

Steps to reproduce
When i open up a chapter it show "image can't be loaded. And i click the webview this happen
Expected behavior
This only happen when i open the chapter, when i check the webview in here it's still goes into the real web
Actual behavior
Got blocked mostly by english extension like mangabat, manganato, mangadex (i can't even click the webview like the firs picture). also nhen*i can't load the image as well, but when i click the webview it only appears 1 image from that page

I've try everything, using VPN, DNS, change user agent. But none of them works
