Screencast

An alternative from the Rust ecosystem is the excellent xsv and it's table command.

JSON

For json output, there's a handy tool in the python standard library:

$ jobcli -o json | python -m json.tool | less

[
    {
        "url": "http://jobcli.com/9xUIe0Ju",
        "jobtitle": "UX Research Analyst",
        "company": "Quantix/Protech",
        "location": "Cleveland, OH",
        "country": "US",
        "page": 1
    },
    {
        "url": "http://jobcli.com/qEP3KyUV",
        "jobtitle": "Drafter/Designer",
        "company": "UPMC",
        "location": "New York, NY",
        "country": "US",
        "page": 1
    },
    [...]

Saving to a local database

If you prefer to load the data into your own database and query from there, this schema might come in handy:

CREATE TABLE jobs(
  url varchar(30),
  jobtitle varchar(50),
  company varchar(25),
  location varchar(20),
  country varchar(2),
  page int
);

You can use the url as primary key.
