TrigInterface simultaneous trig presses not all registering.

I noticed in chromatic node, playing chords some notes won't get played.
Further investigation reveals that this is an issue with the trig interface.
I think the problem could be on the MD side.

Alright. Drop turbo speed to 2x and problem is gone.
Sysex end_immediate is not fast enough to pick up all messages at 8x.
Debug mode off, problem goes away.
Nothing to see here.
