Colors are "broken" in URxvt

I really do not know what is the issue but it probably has to do something with Xresources (?), on the left is URxvt and on the right is Gnome terminal:

Can you try enabling 256 color support to see if that solves the issue?

@jmacdonald the URxvt on Arch is 256 color capable by default, confirmed with tput colors which returns 256
