Xdelta cannot show me anything using any of the commands

Hi, as i wrote in the title, the program doesn't show me anything when i wrote any command of the command line that remains in this page. I wanted to use Xdelta3 to patch a psx iso, Xenogears, with the spanish translation but the program that i was intended to use was obsolete and i couldn't use it for this purpose. I don't know if i'm doing it right but i let you an image from this issue.
