[Feature request] Rip 3D mvc files correctly by default.

Idea

All counter intuitively does not mean all.
It does not properly rip mvcvideo.

I had to add the following to /config/settings.conf:

app_DefaultSelectionString = "+sel:all,+sel:mvcvideo"

this is not a container issue a default install of MakeMKV does not have mvcvideo selected by default, it never has. you have to enable it. and editing the config file is not the correct way. you should edit it in the GUI, photo attached. it is ment to be customized by the end user per their specific needs.
