Simple yet difficult?
"Consider implementing a feature inspired by the Windows file system, allowing users to organize notes into distinct folders with customizable names and labels for better categorization and organization."
When label's aren't enough...
Tap 6 times on card with app name, you will activate extra features, then in settings there will be option to add 3 extra label with custom names. (now it's hided because of something maybe wrong with this option)
i'm just indie developer, my capabilities are limited in the implementation of things🙄
also if you click on label chip you will see notes only with this label

Maybe I'll fork and figure it out on my own.
