Separate version without cloud.

A version without these recent cloud additions and TOS/Privacy Policy agreements. I do not want to agree to these privacy policies/TOS. When the time comes and the previous version is unusable or is outdated enough, would be great if we were provided a version free from cloud and agreements while keeping basic functions the same.
By using the old version, you automatically agreed to the old version's privacy policy, so now I'm just notifying you of changes for this app.
The new policy is much better written, with all the information in simple language.
If you do not use the account system in the application, then only non-personal information is collected about you, like was in version 3.8.0 and next versions.
