haveged 1.9.18 not found in epel 7 or 8

The version on EPEL 7 is still 1.9.13. I'm running haveged on Amazon Linux 2 hosts with kernel 5.15. Won't the improvements from 1.9.18 make haveged more suited for kernels past version 5.6?

I compiled haveged 1.9.18 using gcc10 on AL2 and found no noticeable improvement with the service running

This is kind of expected. There is no performance update between the versions 1.9.13 and 1.9.18.
