Deploy directories through lc-serve

Lc-serve deploy jcloud [filename] currently does deploy all files in that directory however its not intuitive because it takes in the filename not the directory name. Ideally we should be able to deploy the directory and have a file for routing / exposing the endpoints separately within that folder.
