Deployment Log dashboard report error Panel with id NaN not found

Root cause

jcloud cli return https://dashboard.wolf.jina.ai/d-solo/flow/flow-monitor?var-flow=15b7cc030c&panelId= with empty panelId, which grafana will throe error if that Panel ID not found in solo panel. I hardcoded the deployment flow log dashboard to id 0, please return panelId with 0 to workaround that.
