Create the structure and a mechanism for this.

Tied with a usecase ticket. For replicability of usecases it would make sense to simplify future development by implementing an NPM package to perform the following utility functions:

base 64 encoding for different types of files
taking an array and formatting into documents

Could be applied to Jina box
