Update/fix CSS

Thunderbird 102 broke the CSS by removing sharedsummary.css. Now's probably a good time to redo the CSS anyway to match the current Thunderbird styling.
The only bit left here is to update the "loading" and "empty folder" things to look a bit nicer.
