Feature request: HTML Fragment

rmarkdown now has a HTML fragment feature which knits a document with only body text so that it can be seamlessly included in another webpage (i.e. a Shiny application) without causing rendering issues. It would be awesome to get a similar bootstrap_fragment which has all of the nice features of knitr bootstrap without the header information.
Yeah, I'll +1 this - might help with my Nikola / mobile first front end stuff.
This should be easy to do, although there isn't too much left if you take out the includes and styles in knitrBootstrap.
