Add build for Emacs 28 branch

Thanks for this nice project! The emacs-28 branch was just created and the master branch has version 29.0.50. It would be nice to have separate build for Emacs 28 branch.

Nice, I've been waiting for that. I'll put aside some time to setup builds for it in the next few days :)

Nightly builds of the emacs-28 branch are now up and running. Releases published from it will end with .emacs-28. First such release is: Emacs.2021-10-10.96278de.emacs-28

I'll be putting together a homebrew cask for it in the next couple of days too, at which point I'll consider this issue resolved :)

The emacs-app-nightly-28 homebrew cask is now available and mentioned in the README:

brew install --cask jimeh/emacs-builds/emacs-app-nightly-28
