建议优化一下画廊列表右边详情的tag排序

需求 / Requirement
部分漫画tag较多，画廊关注的tag不能像网页版一样自动前置，有时得滑到最后才能看到关注的tag，希望能增加关注标签前置的功能。
如图所示，おぶい这个标签是我关注的标签，但是限于手机屏幕的大小，再加上作品的tag太多，导致おぶい这个tag得翻到最后才能看到，而且翻标签的时候很容易误触呼出快速搜索的侧边栏。
原因 / Reason
部分漫画tag太多，导致关注的tag后移。
建议实现 / Suggested implemention
由于手机屏幕大小的限制，在画廊展示的一级页面上是否可以不遵循e站的默认tag分类排序，而是把关注的tag全部前置？这样一眼就能看到这个画廊的关注tag。

如果你使用的是Extended布局，尝试改成Compact。
