Make it so one could cleanly call the report-maker.yml and not do other steps

Right now if you called any of the example usages, they wouldn't actually work because you need to have 1. Checked out all the files and 2. created a new branch and 3. Set up git config.

I should just have these steps done automatically by the report-maker.yml
