OAuth2: improve generated Keycloak realm

When using oauth2 module, the generated filenamefor keycloak realm should be name xxx-realm.json instead of jhipster-realm.json

Inside the file, the name 'jhipster' should be replaced

Another thing: reference to jhipster control center should be deleted as the project is deprecated
