Integration Tests still reference Cache when cache is configured as 'no'

Overview of the issue
I ran into this while working on #104.
The mvn-no-client sample has cache turned off. The tests have been failing for a while, but since the workflow is executing integration-test instead of verify, we didn't notice
Reproduce the error
Use the mvn-no-client sample and run ./mvnw verify
