Add information about viewport

I had the problem that my site was responsive on desktop but not on mobile. With some googling I found the reason: I hadn't added <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1"> to my header.
As Bulma doesn't contain any Javascript that could take care of this -- I really love the pure CSS approach -- I suggest adding the information to prevent other newbies from running into the same problem.
I had a same problem, and it would be very kind to have little tips about this, for future newbies like me.
