Save as points to previus folder

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- open a .drawio file in a folder
- Click on save as
- the program will open the previus folder and not the current folder to save in
Expected behavior
i wuld excpect to have th eprogram to open the current working folder in "save as" and not the one you worked in last,
i have 10-15 folders with seperate files and it allways saves as the one i last opened so i have to click a few times every time to get to the right folder.
draw.io version (In the Help->About menu of the draw.io editor): 24.0.4
