OLD SITE: move off Bluehost and onto GH, off WP and make static

My old site, http://2011.joelglovier.com doesn't ever need updated again because I've moved onto the new site. Consequently, I don't feel like paying for hosting at Bluehost anymore, nor do I want to risk any Wordpress security vulnerabilities getting exploited since I don't plan to maintain the version of Wordpress anymore.

Seems like the best thing to do would be to export the entire site as just a static version of everything, and put it on GH pages where it can live on for posterity.

Converting it to a Jekyll site would be pretty awesome, but doesn't quite seem worth the effort, so if I can just find a way to export the entire existing state of the site into static html, css and js, that would be sufficient.
