Definitions should be able to be fetched from a centralised registry.
These sources should be hot-swapped on a signal/trigger.
A REST API standard has to be developed to achieve this goal. The API is used to communicate with a registry and fetch the stored manifests.
This is currently in internal development and more information will be released soon.
