JS110 sensor-side statistics

Platforms: Windows 11 x64 (but should affect all)
Description
When running with sensor-side statistics, such as with downsample_logging.py --source sensor, no data is recorded. It appears that the JS110 always uses host-side statistics. The statistics_callback_register is now ignored.
Expected behavior
The JS110 should still support sensor-side statistics when requested.
Fixed in 1.3.11.
