Thanks for reporting. I have a TODO of re-packaging and providing a proper installer. Keep an eye on this space over the next couple weeks.

Great to hear, that development has not stopped! I used Discogs-Pone for MP3Tag before, which was quite good. There were some nice features, too.

Pushed 0.7 . Includes a basic installer, with the needed requirements. No changes to tagging logic.
