Unable to get motif image

After running it, I got the txt file of the motif and the png image of the weblogo is corrupted. Other formats such as pdf, svg are also not working. I want to know how to modify the codes.

Hi, I want to use the retrained model but want to fine tune based on my data. I want to ask you, how did you prepared the dev.tsv and train.tsv files? I have chip seq peak file from MACS2.

Hi, I only ran the test data. Then there is bug at motif.
