Horizontal and vertical paddings between "New connection" button and window border must be equal

Horizontal and vertical paddings between "New connection" button and window border must be equal.

In other words, shorten padding between left side of "New connection" button and window border (see attached image).

Same is true for: query type segmented control, "Remove/Expand/Collapse" buttons.
