Antivirus alert: Trojan.dropper

Hi. While installing an update my antivirus alerted me that there is a file called trojan dropper and it might control my camera.
I trust V8 as it is a core R package but i wanted to clarify with you here what might cause such an alert.

I have no idea but this must be a false positive from your antivirus. Nobody else has experienced this.
