Add ability to filter by map

It would be nice to be able to filter all of the stats by map. There are a few hurdles to overcome though:

  1. Small sample size, the only viable maps are Arabia, Arena, and Nomad
  2. Where to put the toggle/filter? No room in navbar right now.
  3. How filtering interacts with map pages. Is it a global filter or maybe it's only on certain pages? Or perhaps I can add more stats to the map pages instead of adding a filter everywhere?
